Pretty good

hey man seems a pretty cool idea. When I zoomed in I can see you're trying to make the woods go on in the distance... Try making the forground elements stronger/more contrast and as they go on into the back ground... fading out to a pale green/white colour to get that feeling of depth. Another thing are elements of mist - especially in a scary swamp... might add more feeling :) other than that not bad :D

Pretty good

I saw your work on here some time ago and again was just wondering if you blur the face??
Good job in gtting the resemblence to Mr Ford :) ... only other thing I would suggest is to start adding the skin texture and blemishes to eventually work your way to photo realism :)

Pretty cool

Not bad dude..... only thing I would critique is that the head is ever so slightly too big for the body but other than that its cool

alright I shrunk it a little, does look better

Hey not bad

Pretty good dude. Im just curious - but how comes you didnt fully texturise the face pores and blemishes etc? just to add that bit of realism i mean. Ive recently uploaded a tron painting too.... check it out :D

Waugh, that looks so awesome 8C
I guess I was just so caught up with actually getting the darn thing completed that I didn't worry too much about the grittyness of the thing. I guess I could obsess about it a little more, add a few filters, use some textured brushes...hm....*runs off*
Thanks ;D

KRATOS!!!

Kratos would definitely win!! A man turned into a GOD... he killed all the GODS of Mount Olympus....went to hell...fought his way out of tartarus to kill zeus... he would win! Kratos wins ALWAYS!

Texture

Heya.... I used to do what you did and blur my images to get a smoother shadow. But to be honest - You are best off just painting with the airbrush and getting some skin textures painted in. That way it wont look so 'plasticy' if that makes sense :S ... for pores on the face... just use the circular brush and put 'scatter' on :) go lightly tho!

How comes?

Just wondering why you blur it? You can get so much more detail if you dont :)
Just askin

Must have a sore back with that armour!!

lol, nice piece. looks heavily inspired by warhammer I would say

xTY3x responds:

it's in fact a chaos lord, from warhammer 40k.

not bad

The shading is nice and the line art is clean. But the right (his left) arm seems really weird in terms of proportions. It looks like his hand is twisted. His forearm seems too long as well in comparison to his other arm.

other than that - cool

cool

I get what it is. I think the colour mapping is a bit off though - like - theres no real colour scheme to it so the eyes find it hard to make sense of a focal point.

And the fire is more detailed than the main figure?

I eat things that taste good. Check my deviantart... http://joshsummana.d eviantart.com/ I work with 8 Bit Ego. Check out Tumblr/Facebook/Twit ter/Youtube
